New Year Reading

I enjoy reading The Wellness Warrior blog, it's informative and always makes me feel positive.

In Crazy Sexy Diet (which is more of a lifestyle than a "diet"), Kris lays out the fundamentals of her journey to vibrant, all-encompassing health: a low-fat, low-glycemic, vegetarian program that emphasises balancing the pH of the body with lush whole foods, nourishing organic green juices and alkalising green smoothies. And for those who like to jump into things head first, she provides nutritional, emotional and spiritual guidance for her 21-day adventure cleanse.
Everyone loves Kris, and once you start reading her stuff it's not hard to see why. Her enthusiasm, warmth and passion leaps off the page with every word she writes.
