They have a fab online shop so you can shop from anywhere

The Birdsnest girls have big dreams! We believe that the way you look can change your life and we want to bring our fabulous range of fashion labels, styling and advice to as many women as possible. The internet has made that dream possible. Our motto is for 'everything but the girl'. We can outfit you from head to toe with everything from the slimming shapewear to matching heels to the jewellery that will top it all off. Birdsnest has over 120 suppliers which allows us to bring you the most desirable and affordable names in Australian fashion and accessories including Esprit, Seafolly, JAG, Ladakh, Wish, Charlie Brown and Metalicus. We prefer not to talk about our target market in age but rather in style - we have designed this site for intelligent, resourceful and fashion conscious women. Mothers and daughters love shopping in our store together and we hope that is the same for birdsnest.com.au. To make shopping online an experience, we have worked hard to provide unique shopping options such as the ability to shop by colour, shop by occasion or shop by body shape. We want you to have just as much fun as coming into the store, in the comfort of your own home, so please enjoy. We are thrilled to have you browsing and shopping in our store.

They also have an online magazine put together by the gorgeous girls from Birdsnest.

Birdsnest is a very accessible shop for rural women with brands that are affordable and look great on.  They will do all they can to help you put a look together, no matter what (they understand mud and dust and children).

If Nothing Else Know This Today....

Below is article from Danielle LaPorte's website http://whitehottruth.com/

right now:

There are Tibetan Buddhist monks in a temple in the Himalayas endlessly reciting mantras for the cessation of your suffering and for the flourishing of your happiness.

Someone you haven't met yet is already dreaming of adoring you.

Someone is writing a book that you will read in the next two years that will change how you look at life.

Nuns in the Alps are in endless vigil, praying for the Holy Spirit to alight the hearts of all of God's children.

A farmer is looking at his organic crops and whispering, "nourish them."

Someone wants to kiss you, to hold you, to make tea for you. Someone is willing to lend you money, wants to know what your favourite food is, and treat you to a movie. Someone in your orbit has something immensely valuable to give you -- for free.

Something is being invented this year that will change how your generation lives, communicates, heals and passes on.

The next great song is being rehearsed.

Thousands of people are in yoga classes right now intentionally sending light out from their heart chakras and wrapping it around the earth.

Millions of children are assuming that everything is amazing and will always be that way.

Someone is in profound pain, and a few months from now, they'll be thriving like never before. They just can't see it from where they're at.

Someone who is craving to be partnered, to be acknowledged, to ARRIVE, will get precisely what they want -- and even more. And because that gift will be so fantastical in it's reach and sweetness, it will quite magically alter their memory of angsty longing and render it all "So worth the wait."

Someone has recently cracked open their joyous, genuine nature because they did the hard work of hauling years of oppression off of their psyche -- this luminous juju is floating in the ether, and is accessible to you.

Someone just this second wished for world peace, in earnest.

Someone is fighting the fight so that you don't have to.

Some civil servant is making sure that you get your mail, and your garbage is picked up, that the trains are running on time, and that you are generally safe. Someone is dedicating their days to protecting your civil liberties and clean drinking water.

Someone is regaining their sanity. Someone is coming back from the dead. Someone is genuinely forgiving the seemingly unforgivable. Someone is curing the incurable.

You. Me. Some. One. Now.

. . . . . . .

Media Call Out: Sunday Telegraph

A Sunday Telegraph journalist is keen to talk to a woman who did really well at school, highly intelligent, went to uni and could have pursued the high-flying career of her choice, but decided to devote her twenties and thirties to motherhood instead. Their preference is for someone fairly early on in the journey (late twenties ideal) who has young children and is not working part-time, and whose pregnancies were planned. Please contact Dana McCauley on (02) 9288 2325 or 0401 046 567.

Loving Jam & Tractors

Love the designs from Rachel Flynn.  A country mum from Mudgee who has followed her dream....

Red Tractor Designs is known for images which capture rural ‘stories’ which have been reproduced onto greeting cards and other stationery products. Rachael lives on a wool and sheep property near Mudgee with her husband Michael and their two small boys, James and Paddy. In the early days, Red Tractor Designs was run from Rachael’s home. Now it operates from premises in town, includes a wide range of products, and provides employment for four local women.  (http://www.dpi.nsw.gov.au/rwn/activities/daring-to-dream/stories/spotlight/daring-to-dream-rachael-flynn,-mudgee)  Read an interview with her here.

(One for the Catholic girls)
