Look Out For the Party Train

Remember the days when you may have travelled home from boarding school on the night train?

How I wish this was available then.

If you are looking for a different kind of night out this might be just the thing you are looking for.

Loving the idea of a party train between Canberra/Queanbeyan and Tarago.

A evening of good food and wine, lots of fun and musical entertainment.

Settle back and enjoy a delicious entrée and main course as the train heads towards Tarago.

After snacks and dancing in the hall at Tarago, desserts will be on offer after departure to further tempt you, and of course, the band travels home with us in the dance car to keep you moving!

You’ll be travelling in comfortable, and beautifully restored (circa 1930s) carriages.

Once we’re on the move, you can visit the licensed bar, offering very reasonable prices on a good selection of wines, beers, canned spirits, fruit juice and soft drinks.

Your menu consists of:
Mezzo Platter
Supreme of Chicken and Manif Ketchup with caramelised spring onions, scudalia potatoes and steamed vegetables.
Cheese and fruit platters.
Apple pie slice with custard.
On arrival at Tarago, stroll down to the nearby village hall where you can dance or simply soak up the action.
Bookings are welcome for any number of people. The table settings on the train are for 2, 4 or 6, and we accommodate groups of 8 at adjacent tables separated only by the centre carriage aisle.

Depending on the size of your group, we can arrange your own half or full carriage, and this can also attract a small discount (minimum of 40 people for a group discount).

To make a booking, please call our Queanbeyan office on 62842790 between 10am and 3pm Monday to Friday.

Look here for more information.

I'll be sending my peeps out to experience this one as it looks like a hoot.
