Caroline Jones AO, author and presenter of the ABC show Australian Story, will spend the day with members and guests in the garden of Lorraine Carty’s property “Clonelly” at Murga between Orange and Eugowra. Caroline will also be the guest speaker on the day and launch a history book of the Eugowra Branch.Dr Trina Yeadon PhD, from Australian Prostate Cancer Bio-Resource, will speak about prostate cancer and unveil her organisation’s new logo.
As well as enjoying morning tea and lunch in the beautiful garden guests will be entertained by a fashion parade by Somerset Lane from Eugowra, a variety of stalls including garden, cakes and beauty products, free health checks and there will be a display of vintage cars and bikes.
Morning tea and lunch will be $20. For catering purposes we need to hear from people by 1 October.
As well as providing a great way for people to catch up with friends and enjoy themselves, the Eugowra Branch will be supporting medical research with this function.
