Time: TWO FREE Presentations: 10.00 am – 1.00 pm OR 6.00 pm – 9 pm
Through the Resilience Doughnut YOU learn how to negotiate the ups and downs of life as an ADULT which, in turn, makes a huge difference to preparing your children for a happy well balanced life.

RESILIENT KIDS & ADULTS ARE: Resourceful - Persist when faced with challenges
Optimist, Learn & Do better - THIS SEMINAR WILL COVER BOTH RESILIENCE IN ADULTS AND IN CHILDREN:
It will explain many resources and coping skills that build both adults and children to deal with difficulties. It will equip you with simple tools to recognise and encourage the strengths and supports in you, your partner & child’s life. These skills will positively assist through times of transition and difficulty.
