The Rural Women’s Network (RWN) wants to link with women who keen to share ideas and help improve our understanding of regional needs and how we can best work together to address these and continually improve RWN services.
The new Rural Women Connect project starts in 2013. They aim to use phone and computer technology as much as possible to ensure distance is not a barrier to participation.
Regions are loosely defined as North/Mid Coast; South Coast/Snowy Mountain; Central West; South West; North West/Outback; and New England.
If you would like to work with them please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your contact details, tell them why you would like to be a part of Rural Women Connect (no more than 500 words) and the region you could represent. Also include a list of any networks/organisations you tap into.
Expressions of interest close 30 November 2012.
