The Primary Club of Australia

Loving the initiative of the The Primary Club of Australia

Who are they and what do they do?

The fundamental aim is to give people with disabilities the opportunity to experience the joy and exhilaration that comes from any form of physical activity

Anyone interested in the welfare of people with disabilities is invited to join this unique charity. Of course, membership is mandatory for anyone who has got out first ball in any form of cricket, even games played in the backyard or on the beach. Former Australia Cricket Captain, Richie Benaud, is the 12th man and many Australian cricketers, past and present, are members or Vice Presidents of The Primary Club.  You can  find out more about the club by visiting their website at www. primaryclub.com

The Primary Club’s launch of its “alliance” with the Rugby community via the Cauliflower Club will be held at Sheraton on the Park Grand Ballroom, Elizabeth Street, Sydney, hosted by the Honorable Barry O’Farrell MP, Premier of NSW, on Monday 12th November from 12 noon to 2.30pm.

For more details including the luncheon, membership, club ties, etc, visit on http://www.trybooking.com/BZFO  or call the office on (02) 9980 2525.
Alternatively you can download a form and send it onto the Primary Club of Australia office.

Also note that Cauliflower Club Members are going to be fined every time a Wallaby front-rower scores a try in Tests against New Zealand, South Africa, Argentina, England, France, Scotland, Wales and Ireland.  All such fines are optional and treated as a tax-deductible donation.
