Women on Boards has opened applications for the 2013 intake of its high level learning and development program for women aspiring to leadership roles.
The Next Generation of Corporate Female program aims to increase the visibility of high potential women within their organisations and sectors and provide them with the confidence and capacity to successfully engage with senior leadership and boards.
Executive Director of Women on Boards, Claire Braund, said the six-month program had gone from strength to strength since it was inaugurated in 2011 and participants were graduating with highly practical and applied learning.
A participant in the 2012 program, Malini Raj, an Executive Manager at Commonwealth Bank of Australia said, "The program provides a toolkit of skills to assist in my leadership trajectory to a senior executive position and board positions in the future."
