A deeply meditative life is not one where you disconnect yourself from the endless activity unfolding around you. It is one in which you fully connect with life in all its color and vibrancy. Paying attention to those things you care deeply about breathes life into them, but it is easy for your attention to become lost, captured, fragmented and weakened by things that matter very little.
