12 free registrations on offer for women in parts of 'Western LGA' to attend Glen Innes Rural Women's Gathering - Closing 25 September

Thanks to very generous support from the Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal (FRRR), Gather in the Glen are able to offer 12 registrations to deserving women.
The objectives of Tackling Tough Times Together are to:
Enhance the mental health and wellbeing of drought-stressed rural and remote communities
Reduce social isolation by facilitating strong social cohesion and connection
Build community capacity to cope now and in future droughts
Gather in the Glen meets these requirements by providing the opportunity to learn, network, and socialise with women from all over New South Wales, plus some interstate travellers. By providing free places at the event, FRRR is supporting rural women to better cope with tough times.
To be eligible for a free registration, you need to reside in one of the following NSW local government areas: Tenterfield Shire Council, Uralla Shire Council, Glen Innes Severn Council, Inverell Shire Council, Brewarrina, Armidale Dumaresq Council, Walcha Council, Walgett, Guyra Shire Council. To apply please tell us in 100 words or less why you think that you are deserving of one. Email your response to: firstname.lastname@example.org with “FRRR registrations" in the subject line, or post to PO Box 660 by Friday 11th of September. Ensure that you include your name, address, phone number, and email. Please note that if you have already paid for your registration, we are able to reimburse you if your application is successful.
